PJ's Fit for Public Viewing

We learned in this week’s news that parents wearing pajamas while dropping their kids off at a primary school have been banned by the principal, who stated, "Arriving at the school in pajamas is disrespectful to the school and a bad example to set to children." He went on to point out that parents who commit this sin are "slovenly and rude."

"People don't go to see a solicitor, bank president or doctor dressed in pajamas, so why do they think it's OK to drop their children off at school dressed like that?"

Well, we are completely in tune with the principal’s outrage! Or we were...until we caught sight of a dutifully carpooling mama wearing this gorgeous Baby Phat Romper of shimmering satin, pretty bows and lace. Suddenly, we are certain any principal would agree that getting caught wearing these pajamas anywhere is way better than OK. These PJs are the exception to the rule. Far from slovenly and rude, they show tons of respect and set the highest example of how to break all rules of arrival, successfully.
